JJ DAY!

Today we had a 3D/4D ultrasound done. It was such an awesome experience! We went to A Baby Visit located on Black Mountain Rd. here in Mira Mesa. My Mom, Dad and brother came to the apartment first and then we all went to the center. As soon as you walk in, you walk into a rather large room with a large wall screen. There were large comfy couches for the family and friends and a nice comfy twin bed for the preggie to lay on which was next to the ultrasound machine. They had pretty music playing in the background.

When JJ came up on the big screen we were all in awe. He is such a cute boy with chubby cheeks! He was smiling, yawning, sucking his thumb and sticking his tongue out. EEEEK! LOL. I just want to hold him. They also recorded his heartbeat and put it into a small teddy bear. Now every time you press the tummy it is the sound of JJ's heartbeat.

The pictures turned out amazing. The US tech poked at my tummy and shook it to get JJ to move his arms away from his face. He was also moving a whole lot because I drank a lot of orange juice prior to the appointment. Even the US tech said that he is such a cute baby.

JJ is weighing in at 2 lbs and 8 oz and at 27 weeks and 6 days. He is a big boy!
